![]() ![]() I recommend that if you have activities that you know you're going to have to merge - use our tool first before uploading the individual files. The disadvantage with this method is that you now actually have a duplicate ride on Strava, which may concern you if you're trying to accurately track mileage. ![]() These are the tags where Strava currently looks to see if an activity is duplicated. When you select this option from the GOTOES File Merge Tools, we will randomly change the date stamp for the and tags. The other method is to select the "Randomize ID Tag" option. The only issue with this method is that you will lose your kudos and comments. The first method is to delete your original file from Strava (the one that the merged file is a duplicate of). ![]() That way, you will be forced to reconnect to Strava - and your browser will receive a new log in key. If you are having trouble, try and delete the cookies for the website. It is possilbe that you will need to re-connect your account to Strava. In March 2019, I made some changes that will hopefully address these issues of connectivity with Strava.
